In the past few weeks, Anna spent an entire week without Gram E and another (thankfully different) week without Grandma and Grandpa! Somehow, she survived (and so did we). She also met Great Gram (John’s maternal grandmother), met Carine, and has made successful trips to church twice.

She took her first out-of-state trip to Grandma and Grandpa’s house an hour away. This involved a good deal of crying in the car, but it could have been much worse. Anna has gained more limb control, and is definitely “talking” more, her favorite word being “ahhhh-oooooh.” She’s growing rapidly, her bright eyes are still blue-gray like her daddy’s, and her hair is changing to undoubtedly contain highlights in blonde (or strawberry-blonde, by some reports).
